Used to be quite a common sight once, but long gone. Except in France, where you can still encounter them in their natural habitat. Not usually as pristine as that one though.
It’s originally from Portugal, if I remember the plates correctly.

1982-1994 Citroën BX with hydropneumatic suspension. Judging by the lights and wheels this one seems to be a 1986-1989 BX GTi. They’re very fun cars to drive.
